AI LABEL & WATERMARK CLEANUP
Clean hidden AI tags and private metadata from your photos and videos before posting to Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. Start with a free scan.
Preview your findings without signing up.
An AI edit can leave more than a changed picture. See how a cleaned file keeps the photo while supported source metadata is cleared.

An editor’s source declaration can travel with this image when it is uploaded.

Checked outputWe scan the output again before download. Open the saved file, then use it for your next post.
Different platforms describe AI information differently. Start with the destination you use.
A file can pass the AI check and still carry details you would rather keep private. The scan shows readable values that are actually present.
GPS coordinates can reveal a capture location.
Dates can expose the timing of a photograph.
Device fields may identify the camera or software.
Creator fields can include names or attribution.
Cleanup here targets file metadata. Erasing a visible logo or text overlay would require changing the picture, which Labelcleanup does not do. Pixel-based invisible watermarks are also outside the cleaner’s coverage.
Start by scanning the exported image. The cleaner acts on supported metadata it finds, regardless of which editor you used. Tool names alone do not establish which tags are present in a particular export.
The scan and findings are free to view. Create an account for five free cleans each week across both sites. Upgrade to unlimited cleaning when you need more.
For supported images, readable fields may include GPS coordinates, capture time, device information and creator details. Only values actually decoded from the selected file are displayed.
Cleanup does not re-encode photo or video data. Review the saved output because orientation and other display information can be stored in metadata. Keep your master file separately.
An active subscription includes unlimited supported cleaning. Use the same account to resume access; if you already subscribe through Labelwatermark, another purchase is not needed.
THE CLEANUP HANDBOOK
Find out what is attached to your photo before it becomes a post. Labelcleanup is an AI label watermark cleaner for hidden source tags, Content Credentials and supported personal metadata in photos and videos.
An edited image has two layers to consider: the picture people see and the information carried inside its file. AI editors can attach source declarations to an export. A social platform may use those declarations when showing AI information about the upload.
Labelcleanup reads supported metadata, explains the finding and lets account holders clean the supported blocks five times each week for free. The free scan is the starting point whether you searched for an AI tag cleaner, an AI metadata cleaner or a Content Credentials cleaner.
A background replacement or generative retouch can leave source information on a photograph that began in a camera. The amount of visible change is not a reliable guide to what was written into the export. Meta has acknowledged that minor AI modifications have led to labels.
That mismatch is a reason to inspect the file, especially when the picture represents your own work, a real product or a professional portrait. A label can affect a viewer’s interpretation; it does not follow that every labeled post performs worse or that cleaning guarantees better reach.
Drop the exact file you intend to share into the scanner. Photos and videos are identified automatically, so the file-type toggle does not limit what you can choose. Read the source declaration and any decoded privacy details before deciding whether cleanup is useful.
Free scanning does not require an account. Sign in or create an account for five free cleans each week across Labelcleanup and Labelwatermark. After those are used, you can upgrade to unlimited cleaning. An existing subscription works on both sites.
The cleaner removes supported metadata blocks and scans the output again. Download the checked copy and inspect its appearance before posting. Keep your original: useful attribution, dates, location and display information may be stored alongside the fields you want to remove.
A green AI result can still sit alongside privacy findings. A camera export may include GPS coordinates, capture dates, device information or a creator name. Where supported fields can be decoded, the scanner shows their actual values so you can judge what belongs in the shared copy.
A metadata block is not proof that every sensitive field exists. Labelcleanup does not invent a location from the picture or infer an owner from its subject. When a block is detected but its details cannot be read, the result explains that limit.
Retain a private master for your archive. For the copy you distribute, review the fields, clean supported blocks if appropriate, and inspect the output. TIFF and other containers can keep information outside the blocks that the cleaner removes; any decoded fields still found after cleaning remain visible in the result.
Photo cleanup is sometimes used to mean removing an object, smoothing a background or erasing a watermark printed across an image. Those operations change the image itself. Labelcleanup focuses on the supported records attached to the file.
If your goal is to clean AI tags, Content Credentials or supported EXIF data, start with a scan. If your problem is text or a logo visible in the image, metadata cleanup will leave it visible. Understanding which layer needs work avoids paying for a tool that cannot solve your particular problem.
Labelcleanup handles supported C2PA Content Credentials, XMP, EXIF and IPTC metadata. It works with JPEG, PNG, WebP, TIFF/DNG, MP4 and MOV files up to 200 MB. That is the tool’s format list; each social platform has its own upload requirements.
Cleanup does not repaint the image, erase a visible logo, or re-encode the photo or video data. It also does not remove invisible pixel watermarks or identify every trace of an editing process. Review orientation in the output because some viewers depend on metadata to display a photo correctly.
A verification result describes supported metadata in the output file. It is not a certificate of authenticity, a guarantee of reach, or a prediction that a social network will never apply a label. If a file cannot be parsed completely, the tool refuses to present it as successfully cleaned.
