Choose the actual export
Drag in a photo or video; the tool identifies its type automatically. Use a platform tab for context or review all destinations together. A screenshot of a result is not a substitute for checking the original media file.
Read the two kinds of findings
An AI result concerns recognized source declarations. Privacy findings concern readable personal fields such as GPS, device or date information. No detected AI declaration does not certify an image as human-made or establish that every private field is absent.
When a file cannot be checked
Use an accepted container and keep it under 200 MB. Changing the filename extension does not convert media. A damaged or unsupported structure may prevent a complete scan; export a fresh supported copy from your editor and try that file.
Returning from sign-in or checkout
Use the same tab and site where you started your scan. If payment succeeded but access is not active, check the account you signed into and your payment receipt before purchasing again. A completed scan alone does not indicate an active subscription.
Inspect your saved copy
After verification, download the output and open it in a viewer. Compare its appearance and orientation with the original. If you edit or convert it again, run another scan on the resulting export.
When a platform label remains
The cleaner cannot change an upload already stored by a social network. Consult that platform’s help options for an existing label. Your file result covers supported metadata, while platform labeling may use additional information.
